Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account information: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. Subscription status via Stripe — we never store card numbers; Stripe processes all payments. Usage data: lookups consumed, saved properties, watchlists, and alerts. Standard server logs (IP address, request timing) are kept for security and operations.

2. Property data

The property records displayed in the service are public records about properties and their owners of record, sourced from county government systems. This is not data you provide to us, and it is governed by the counties' public-records rules.

3. How we use your information

To provide the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, and send transactional email such as password resets and billing notices. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising.

4. Third parties

We rely on Firebase/Google (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Google Cloud (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@plotfact.com; we will delete your account data within 30 days.
